Paintings of Castlegregory and the Maharees
Castlegregory is where my painting journey began, and many of my most loved Irish landscape paintings come from this Co. Kerry coastline. I paint the Maharees, the beaches, and Castlegregory village in a soft, atmospheric style that focuses on light and mood. Here’s a selection of my Castlegregory paintings.

Many of these Castlegregory paintings are now in private collections, but this coastline continues to inspire my work. I return to the Maharees, the beaches, and the quiet edges of the Dingle Peninsula often, always chasing the shifting light along the Wild Atlantic Way.
Castlegregory is woven through my work. It’s where I first began painting from life, and it still shapes how I see light and atmosphere today. If you’d like to explore more of my Irish coastal work, you can see my full collection here →
